Prof. Sudhir Wahi is the Director of Cardiology & Echocardiography at Princess Alexandra Hospital and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Queensland and the University of Tasmania. A senior cardiologist with extensive expertise in echocardiography and cardiac care, he has played a pivotal role in advancing cardiology services. In 2014, he co-founded Brisbane Heart, where he continues his private practice, combining clinical leadership with academic contributions to cardiology research and education.

Assoc. Prof. Gerald (Gerry) Kaye has been a qualified cardiologist for 45 years, with extensive experience in managing a wide range of cardiac conditions. His subspecialty interests include the management of heart rhythm disorders, palpitations, blackouts, and the use of pacemakers and devices for heart failure. Dr. Kaye also specializes in general cardiology, focusing on high blood pressure management and coronary artery disease, making him a highly skilled and respected figure in the field.

Dr. Dariusz Korczyk, a founding partner of Brisbane Heart, brings extensive experience in managing patients with heart disease, acquired through intensive training in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. He graduated from The Silesian School of Medicine in Poland and earned the title of Internal Medicine Specialist after completing his training and board examinations. His expertise and international background make him a valuable asset in providing high-quality cardiac care.

A/Prof John Hill is a highly experienced, trusted and respected cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with extensive expertise in the management of patients with heart rhythm problems, pacemakers and ICDs, Dr Hill is also an expert in aviation medicine, providing cardiological advice to CASA and the RAAF. He is dedicated to best possible outcomes for all of his patients.

Dr Sharma is a cardiologist with special interest in multimodality imaging and has current public appointments at Logan and Redland hospital. He has finished cardiology training at Princess Alexandra hospital in 2023 and further pursued a year of fellowship in cardiac imaging. He has expertise in complex echo, stress echo, 3D/ structural TOE and Cardiac CT. He is passionate about providing individualized patient care for chest pain assessment, rhythm disturbances, valvular heart diseases, rheumatic heart disease and heart failure.
